Salou is a locality on the Costa Daurada in Catalonia, Spain, in the area of Tarragona. It hosts a population of about 25,000 inhabitants, but in the summer months, this amount multiplies by 5, as it is a popular tourist destination. Once a commerce port city for centuries, Salou is now a preferred tourist destination for thousands of Europeans.

With its marina, beaches, sunny climate and agreeable temperatures, Salou has become a popular tourist destination.
